We are a group of four editors, some of whom published the first Gegendiagnose volume in 2015 and all the second volume of Gegendiagnose in 2019. Some of us are psychiatrically or psychologically diagnosed themselves and_or are active as allies. We want to encourage diverse but critical perspectives on psychology and psychiatry and support their discourse. In particular, we would like to support the perspective of those directly affected by psychological or psychiatric institutions. In addition to Gegendiagnose, we would like to publish further publications on anti-psychiatry, psychiatric criticism and politics of mental health under the label “get well soon” in the future.
